Les Mills releases an alternative release 4 x per annum (about every a few months). Each release has innovative music, moves, and tempo changes. At the membership I teach we release a new release and then we must teach that new release for a amount of 3 weeks, without interchanging with former releases. After 3 weeks we are free to blend and match with any release we now have in our possession.
